  • Not Working and Light Flashing

    1.Restart the Charger Unplug and replug the adapter to restart the charger. This should resolve the issue. 2.Proper Device Placement Make sure your devices (phone, Apple Watch, earbuds) are correctly positioned on the charger. 3.Check the Phone Case If the phone case contains metal components or is non-magsafe case, it may prevent the charger from functioning properly. 4.Foreign Object Detection The indicator light will flash if the charger detects foreign objects instead of a compatible device. Please check your device or phone case to ensure it is free of any interfering materials.

  • Slow Charging

    Maximum Charging Speeds : iPhone: 7.5W Samsung phone: 10W Google phone: 15W Apple Watch: 2.5W AirPods or wireless earbuds: 5W Charging speed depends on various factors, such as the device’s battery level and ambient temperature during charging.

  • Gets Warm While Charging

    Wireless charging involves energy loss, which can generate heat during the process. It is normal for the device to become slightly warm while charging. The phone temperature is within the safe range if it does not exceed 45℃ (113℉) . Rest assured, the wireless charger is equipped with built-in safety features, including temperature control, overcharge protection, over-current/over-voltage protection, and foreign object detection, ensuring a safe and reliable charging experience. Note: Avoid using phone cases with metal accessories to prevent overheating.

  • Stop Working at 80%

    Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of IOS 17's thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.

  • AirPods or Earbuds Not Charging

    Ensure your AirPods or earbuds are wireless charging compatible . Check the model name in the upper left corner of the MagSafe charging case. Compatible Models : AirPods 1/2 (A1938), AirPods 3 (A2566), AirPods 4 (ANC) (A3059), AirPods Pro/Pro 2 (A2190/A2700/2968). Not Compatible : Cable charging cases for AirPods 1/2 (A1938), AirPods 3 (A2897), AirPods 4 (A3058).

  • Do I have to use the original adapter?

    Please make sure to use the original adapter which comes with the package. It matters to its performance.

  • Stops Working After a Few Months
